“An amazing adults only hotel, which prides itself on outstanding customer service. The rooms are spacious with modern facilities. And cleaned to a high standard every day. The main restaurant is spacious and the food was outstanding for the 9 days we stayed. The restaurant bar staff are always polite and very friendly. The 2 pools(and related areas) are cleaned every day and are a key feature of the hotel. A good number of sun beds and no fighting for them..... Lots of good quality activities and entertainment every day to cater for all adult age groups.. The evening entertainment was varied each day and some amazing acts and shows. Elena and all of the entertainment staff were amazing working so hard over longs hours but constantly smiling and engaging with customers The location is quiet and beautiful and unspoilt Overall an outstanding hotel with amazing customer care in a wonderful location. We are going back”

“This is a truly excellent hotel. The customer service is exemplary, and the hotel is fully accessible, although the lifts are a little small. The rooms are spectacular, but be careful to book if you want a specific view. The beach or a 10-15 walk away, with an accessible ramp. The food is the best I have ever had on all inclusive, with themed nights in the buffet, Lunch is served in the pool restaurant from a menu, where 98% is on the all inclusive. Same with the bars, branded drinks only and 98% included. A nice touch for the he room keys being RF ID tags on the wrist bands, so you leave your room with nothing to worry about.”

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Our suite was spacious, modern, and the rooftop terrace with a private hot tub was the highlight of our stay—it was the perfect place to relax while taking in the beautiful views. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and cabanas, and the spa was a lovely place to unwind. The food was excellent too, with a great variety at breakfast and dinner, and everything was fresh and well presented. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the stunning beach at Cala Mesquida, making it easy to enjoy both the hotel and one of Mallorca’s most beautiful beaches. We had such a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing adults-only escape in Mallorca. “Lovely quiet location, room was a Junior Suite Selection Club overlooking the pool. Lovely welcome on arrival glass of Prosecco. Very comfortable and clean, although sun loungers would have been nice to have on the balcony. Lovely touch with the fridge stocked for our use and gift on arrival. Food was excellent great choice and staff were lovely. Very close to the beach and local supermarket. Selection Club was great, but would have been better if we could have had the use of this at the Hotel also. We had a very late flight and appreciated the late check out. Back home now to poor weather 😭, missing it already would recommend. 🤩☀️🍹.”

“It’s a nice hotel. Location is beautiful. Only issues are: 1) the all inclusive buffet was not great. They obviously had a lower food budget than at other (cheaper) all inclusive hotels I’ve stayed at. I would expect this buffet to be better than previous experiences, not worse, given the price. 2) we asked for 2 single beds, when booking, but when we arrived we were told we would have to share a single king-sized bed. This is very awkward and not what we asked for. Other than that, the staff are very friendly and the facilities are good.”
