“I have been coming to this hotel on Kos for almost ten years now and it is truly wonderful to see how it keeps improving year after year. The service is exceptional: warm, attentive, and always focused on making guests feel comfortable. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, creating a truly special holiday experience. The food is absolutely delicious, diverse, and high quality. The buffet never feels like mass production, but rather like a carefully prepared selection with a great variety and attention to detail. The beautiful garden area, the atmosphere, and the dedication of the whole team makes this hotel a very special place. “Very good Resort. We've been there 2 times. The staff is extraordinary polite, funny and professional (especially the waitresses and waiters). The pools are clean and the beach is exceptional. The food is delicious and the activities are fun. They should give live music more stage time, especially bands and/or DJs but this is my personal opinion because i love live music.”

“A really fantastic resort with 7 pools, 3 restaurants and several bars. All employees were very friendly. The Spa services are good, too. There is an outdoor theatre with performances every night. The drinks are very expensive, the food is 50% off at the Greek, Italian and Asian restaurant if you booked half-board. There are several beaches; the farthest-off was the best for us, as we were right at the sea. There is an adult-only pool near the restaurant/bar which was very relaxed and quiet.”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip to Kos Island. Since our ferry arrived late, we couldn’t check in until around 8:00 PM. Because of our late arrival, we kindly requested a late check-out for the next day, but our request was denied without any flexibility. The hotel seems to offer great facilities, including a nice pool, spa, and beach. Unfortunately, because we arrived so late and were not allowed a late check-out, we couldn’t enjoy any of these amenities. We basically arrived, slept, had breakfast the next morning, and had to leave. I believe that guests who are forced to check in late due to circumstances such as ferry schedules should at least be offered some flexibility with late check-out, subject to availability. It would make a big difference in terms of customer satisfaction. Sadly, our experience left us with the impression that the hotel prioritizes selling rooms over taking care of its guests. For that reason, I cannot recommend staying here. Our reservation included dinner and breakfast, but we were surprised that they charged an extra €5 for a single bottle of Coca-Cola. Keep in mind that you’ll have to pay extra for drinks.”

“Excellent infrastructure with great sports facilities, pools, and plenty to do throughout the day. Breakfast is also an interesting social experiment: you’ll meet German-speaking guests piling their plates as if food shortages are just around the corner. And, despite the rules, many sunbeds are “reserved” with towels long before anyone actually shows up. If you can smile at these classic all-inclusive habits, you’ll have a great stay.”
