MUR Hotel Neptuno - Adults Only

“Rooms could do with more lighting. Beds comfortable. Pool and pool bar opening times could be longer. Some people want a nice swim after a day exploring. Pool is small but not many swimming, plenty of loungers free. Location is ideal for Yumbo centre bars and shops, no issues with noise. A bit far from the beach if that's what you are going for. Bus stops at Yumbo centre good for exploring the area. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food was great. Loads of choice and good quality. Gym equipment was a bit limited and some was out of action all week. Could do with a water chiller in there. We really enjoyed our stay there. Oh yeh, forgot about the showers instantly going from ok to scolding every few seconds. That was the only real gripe.”

“I'm still here! Great hotel, the staff are fantastic, bar staff, staff in the restaurant and the domestic staff, I can't fault them. The room is nice enough, air con, that you can run to your hearts content, no slide your room card in to activate. Food is reasonable, drink a plenty (I went all inclusive through Jet 2). This is a adults only hotel, which seems to attract a lot of gay couples, and like me, single old geezers who just want a quiet pint. Nothing against gay people, I just wasn't expecting it, but a lovely lot they are too! A lot of steps in the hotel, just be warned, without ramps. I was kindly allowed to park my hire motorbike (for free, in the car park. The staff here, can not do enough for you. I have really enjoyed (enjoying) my stay.”

“Stayed at the Neptune in May 2026. Will definitely be booking to go there again as it was such a wonderful experience. Wonderful, friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Room and hotel was lovely and clean and the food was really good. I’m a very fussy eater and found something to enjoy every meal time. Food was of good quality also. Lovely pool with plenty of sun beds. Also, a great snack bar, food of good quality and not expensive. A big shout out to our waiter Romano who really looked after us.”

“My daughter & I stayed at the Neptuno from the 25th June to the 2nd July 2026. All I can say is WOW!!!! The hotel, the staff, the food & everything else is just fantastic!!! Carolina on reception is an absolute credit to the hotel, she is friendly, helpful & nothing is too much trouble. Big shout out to the fabulous staff in the restaurant & also at the pool snack bar. You all deserve medals for the fantastic jobs you work so hard at. We absolutely LOVED it at the Neptuno & we will DEFINITELY be back soon...that is a promise!!! Thank you all for making our holiday the best one we've had in a while. We miss you all so much❤️xx”
