Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel valued throughout our stay. A special thank you to the hotel manager for the complimentary room upgrade. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated the kindness. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. While the room was good, I do feel that the overall price is on the higher side compared to similar properties. However, the outstanding service certainly adds significant value to the experience. The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views, especially during sunset. Waking up to such beautiful scenery and ending the day watching the sunset was unforgettable. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing views. Overall, despite the premium pricing, the outstanding hospitality, excellent location, spectacular sunset views, and the thoughtful room upgrade made our stay memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend Elegance Luxury Executive Suites to anyone visiting Zakynthos.”

“Our stay at this hotel was one of the best we’ve ever had. I booked an Elegance room, and we got a free upgrade to a room with a private pool! The hotel staff were great, and the hotel manager was an incredibly friendly person. The employees go out of their way to help; they’re always smiling and helpful - you can tell they’re like a “family”. We had the option of breakfast only. Breakfast was a buffet. At first glance, it seemed “modest”, but it actually included everything you could possibly imagine - so it was more than enough! The fresh juices and coffee were delicious. As for the room - we got an upgrade. The private pool was clean, fairly large, with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. The room itself was huge, and the whirlpool tub was flawless. It was very clean, elegant, with no damage or signs of neglect. You can tell the property itself is well-maintained. The location is very quiet and off the beaten path, yet just a few minutes’ drive from the city - it took me 3–4 minutes ;-). The only thing that could be improved is the signage leading to the property, since the road leading there is a bit “suspicious” - first time drive in was like „am i driving to someone’s house?” :D. I recommend it in every way!”

“Together with my wife we spent one wonderful week in Zakynthos at Elegance Luxury Executive Suites in Tragaki, and everything was truly excellent. The apartment was amazing — spacious, very clean, beautifully designed, and with an incredible view. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The team paid attention to every detail and made us feel very welcome. Everyone was friendly, kind, hospitable, and professional. We also chose the half-board option, and it was a great decision. Breakfast had a large variety of choices, and the dinners were exceptional — five-course meals, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The atmosphere, the view, the food, and the hospitality made the whole experience very relaxing and memorable. We totally recommend this place and would gladly come back.”

“A PERFECT Stay at Elegance Luxury Executive Suites Our story didn’t start in the best way. Back in May, we had booked La Mirage for our July holiday in Zakynthos. However, when we arrived, we were unexpectedly informed that our reservation had been canceled and that we were being transferred to another hotel. The most disappointing part was that we had received no prior notice about this change. Since I had already read another review describing the exact same situation, we were understandably upset and worried. But the moment we arrived at Elegance Luxury Executive Suites, we realized that sometimes unexpected changes lead you to places even better than you could have imagined. We were absolutely amazed by the beauty of the hotel, its modern design, spotless cleanliness, and the wonderful atmosphere. From the very first moment, we were welcomed by the amazing Crissa. She is not only an outstanding manager but also an incredibly warm, kind, helpful, and genuinely funny person. Talking to her felt less like speaking to a hotel manager and more like chatting with a close friend. She made our stay even more special, and she truly deserves the biggest applause and our heartfelt thanks! The entire hotel radiates elegance and comfort. Everywhere you go, everything smells fresh, is impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and spotless. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The rest of the staff also deserve special recognition. Every single person was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. They even remembered what kind of coffee we liked, which shows just how much they care about their guests. And Stamatis was simply wonderful! His warmth and kindness made us feel completely at home, almost as if we were visiting family. This holiday became an unforgettable experience, and today we can honestly say… thank you, La Mirage, for transferring us here! We truly believe we couldn’t have found a better place to stay in Zakynthos. Elegance Luxury Executive Suites exceeded every expectation and gave us memories that we will cherish for a very long time.
