“We had a lovely stay! Our favourite part was the extremely attentive and friendly staff, including Katerina the hostess at the restaurant, as well as everyone else in the restaurant, bar and reception. Vasilis was a great welcoming energy. The second favourite part was how peaceful and quiet the hotel is - very serene and relaxing! Maybe because it was mostly all couples so everyone was enjoying their time. It’s also a beautiful hotel with great surroundings. There’s plenty of lounging areas so it never feels crowded. They had live music and a DJ 4 out of the 7 nights we were there, which was a great bonus and really enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!”

“We stayed here for 7 nights with my partner and our dog, and it turned out to be one of the most peaceful and relaxing holidays we’ve had. We truly had an unforgettable experience. Location The location is fantastic and probably one of the quietest on the island. If you’re looking for nightlife, lots of restaurants, or shopping, this may not be the best choice unless you rent a car, scooter, or buggy. However, if you’re after tranquility, crystal-clear water, beautiful olive groves, and complete relaxation, it’s hard to imagine a better place. There are at least two small supermarkets nearby, along with several lovely taverns and restaurants, which were more than enough for us. Facilities The hotel has three beautiful swimming pools on different levels, so none of them ever felt crowded. The seaside area is equally impressive—we especially loved the floating daybeds overlooking the sea. The beach is rocky, but very clean and easy to access. I would recommend bringing or buying water shoes for extra comfort. Food Before arriving, I had read several reviews saying the food was bland, but that was definitely not our experience. Breakfast and dinner (included in our stay) were consistently delicious, with a great variety of dishes. Even when we arrived close to the end of service, everything was still available and regularly replenished. In addition to the buffet, there was a small live-cooking station with daily specials, which was a nice touch. We also had lunch at the hotel’s restaurant a couple of times and enjoyed it very much. Naturally, if you’re looking for authentic local cuisine, the nearby taverns are still worth visiting. The cocktails and wine selection were also excellent. Service The service was outstanding from start to finish. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Housekeeping did a great job every day, beach towels could be exchanged daily, and food and drinks were happily served wherever we were relaxing. The reception team was always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable! Dogs One of the biggest advantages for us was how genuinely pet-friendly the hotel is. Dogs stay free of charge, which is a pleasant surprise considering many “pet-friendly” hotels charge €20 or more per night. The hotel even provided food and water bowls. Our dog was welcome throughout the property, with the only exceptions being the swimming pools and the indoor restaurant areas, which we found completely reasonable. Overall, we would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay in Zakynthos.”

“If you enjoy the more quiet and chill experience, than this is the place. The staff members are super friendly. The buffet options are good also, including greek traditional dishes, so you wont get FOMO for not going daily to tavernas. They also have a la carte restaurants with good food. Spa and gym should you need it. They have many pools areas and also sunbeds by the sea, and never have I felt the feeling of being crowded or bothered by other people. If you seek a tranquil experience than this might be the place for you. Personal opinion, the standards are generally above your avarage greek stay. If it's parties you seek, this is not the place for you.”

“Amazing hotel for many reasons. We had a suite with private pool and it was the best experience ever. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Dinner buffet is huge and delicious with loads of options for us as vegetarians. Plus the vegan restaurant which is great as well! Another highlight: the signature cocktails which are curated by the bartender and developed in their very own laboratory!! The view from the restaurants and the pool is awesome, great access to the crystal blue sea. Sunbeds are super comfy. Some little things to improve: The main air condition units outside are quite noisy. Our room was right next to those and we got used to it over time - still, this is not ideal. And, as many others here pointed out: there is an unpleasant smell going on around the site near the main pools. Luckily, our suite was inside the other building but I completely understand that this is a real downer if your room is near that smell. Still, a five star experience and will definitely come back!!!”
