“Nice place for Portugal standards I suppose but if you’re expecting 5 star service with 5 star rooms and grounds, certainly given the price, then you need to temper your expectations. I’d say this place is a solid 4 stars but charging people to play in filthy and unkept tennis courts was really disappointing. I’d also say it’s weird having housekeeping coming in at 930PM to do a turndown service. Breakfast is good for included fare. Overall, for the price which is at the very top end of Portugal, I’d opt for a vacation rental closer to a usable beach. For the week I was there the beach in front of the hotel was barely usable for 1 day and completely overrun with seaweed for the rest. Imagine piles of seaweed several feet tall and after the first day it starts to stink. I enjoyed the algarve and the people are warm and hospitable but won’t be staying here again. I wonder if all these people giving 5 star reviews to this resort have actually been to a real 5 star resort. You’re better off staying at a cheaper 5 star or a highly rated 4 star resort as i doubt there’s a huge difference.”

“No notes. 11/10. Nicest place I have ever stayed at! We booked a week at Vila Vita Parc for our honeymoon and were absolutely blown away. Believe me when I say the resort is even more stunning in person than the photos show online! From the gorgeous architecture and landscaping to the immaculate service we received, every little detail was impeccable and really made our trip special! We absolutely plan on returning in the future, and would recommend for anyone considering booking a European resort vacation! ☀️”

“We stayed at this spectacular resort for 5 days and we both wish we could have stayed longer. We booked a Deluxe Garden Room which was right in the centre of the resort, close to several restaurants and pools. We had a private walk-out patio which was a lovely place to relax. The room was very spacious, modern and beautifully decorated. There was a king bed on the same level as the bathroom and a separate sitting area and desk near the patio doors, just a small step down from the bedroom/bathroom. Lots of storage - a wall of big cabinets to hang clothes and put away suitcases and shoes. Large dresser and night stands with drawers. Large washroom with rain shower, bidet and double sinks. Big fluffy towels. Big TV on the wall across from the bed with lots of free channel selections (and some paid ones). The room was immaculately clean and kept that way by very kind and attentive staff. We felt very cared for by the room staff which greatly contributed to our enjoyment and relaxation. They put little mats for us to step on when we got out of bed and always made sure they was a bottle of water and fresh glass on our night stands. All the bottled water we could drink free of charge, fresh fruit ever day, a nice bottle of red wine when we arrived. Such a great selection of restaurants to choose from. The food was always incredible no matter where we went. Incredible selection of wines and ports. Fun alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Mizu Teppanyaki is not to be missed. So much to do - walk, go to the beach, play golf, or just sit by one of the pools. Want service - just tap on the wireless remote and a server comes to take your order. We were spoiled at this resort - any thing we needed, all we had to do was ask. The staff is truly extraordinary - every single one of them. Trained, responsive, genuinely caring and obviously pleased to help. Vila Vita is a 5+ star resort that lived up to our high standards and ensured we had the 'vacation of a lifetime'.”

“We stayed at Vila Vita Parc with very high expectations because of the price level and reputation. The resort is undeniably clean, well maintained, and visually luxurious, but overall the experience felt disappointing and not worth the premium cost. The biggest issue was that, despite the luxury branding, nothing felt particularly special or memorable. The pools were especially underwhelming for a resort of this category. The kids club was another disappointment. The opening hours were quite limited, the activities/program did not feel engaging, and the location near the car garage/service area did not feel ideal or particularly safe for children. Breakfast service was consistently slow, even when the restaurant was not extremely busy. Our worst experience was at Adega. The service was very slow despite only a few occupied tables. The meat was incorrectly prepared, and the portions were surprisingly small considering the high prices. Overall, the restaurant did not deliver the quality or value expected at this level. In summary, the resort is beautiful and clean, but for the price we expected a far more refined and impressive experience.”
