“Beautiful hotel! Special thanks to their concierge team, Berk and Ibrahim. They made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. We loved all the tour bookings and restaurant reservations. We loved our tour guide (Fatih) who is very knowledgeable and took us everywhere. Also, big thanks to our ROOM STEWARD who did an immaculate job keeping us organized in our rooms. We felt welcome and special. My kids loved the daily snacks that were left by the Ritz team.”

“The security was excellent and made us feel very safe throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and designed with great attention to detail. The rooftop pool is especially stunning, offering amazing views and a great atmosphere. The indoor pool is equally beautiful and feels luxurious, making it a perfect place to relax regardless of the weather. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I was impressed by both the service and the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to others.”

“We had an incredible stay at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul!! From the moment we arrived, every single person made us feel so genuinely welcomed. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, the spa is wonderful, and every part of the experience felt thoughtful and seamless. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special, and you can truly feel how much they care about their guests. A special thank you to Beril and Bahar, who made breakfast one of the highlights of our trip. They had such incredible energy making every day feel like home. They remembered our coffee order, our favorite table, and all of the little details that made each morning feel so personal. We loved the tahini sesame cookies the first morning, and the next day they remembered and brought them to our table. On our last morning they surprised us with a beautiful box of them to take home when we left. She also shared the recipe which was so touching. They filled every interaction with love and care. It’s those thoughtful touches that you’ll remember long after your trip is over. The concierge and front desk team was equally exceptional. Every recommendation was fantastic, every reservation was handled within minutes. They even helped me organize a surprise spa treatment for my husband. They made everything feel effortless and were always happy to help. Thank you to the entire Ritz-Carlton Istanbul team for making our stay so memorable. Beautiful hotels can be found anywhere, but it’s the people who make you want to come back—and this team absolutely did that. “An exceptional stay. On the first night, the music from the Nobu kept us awake until 3 in the morning. The staff upgraded us to a high floor room that was incredible. The breakfast was also unforgettable. We loved the service, thank you for hosting us so well!”

“Our stay at the Ritz Carlton, Istanbul was absolutely exceptional! The entire staff from guest services, room services to restaurant’s was impeccable! The concierge & guest services staff is professional with superior support. Their effort during and prior to arrival was awesome. They set up our transport to and from airport and most of the main site seeing events for a seamless transition into Istanbul! We enjoyed breakfast every morning at the Ritz, which started our day with an amazing variety, great atmosphere and friendly service! By spending the entire day out and about enjoying all that Istanbul has to offer, we were only able to enjoyed their Italian restaurant a couple times and was absolutely delicious with great service! Love the central location to public transportation lines which made six days of site seeing easy to navigate at minimal cost compared to private transport. We enjoyed the gym and spa daily to relax after a long day on the town! WOW, incredible services! Thanks to all of the staff!
