Their excellent customer service truly made our experience even more memorable. The staff overall were friendly and attentive, and the resort had everything needed for a perfect vacation. Gigi, who runs it, is so kind and amazing with kids. She made us feel super comfortable leaving our little one, and she sent tons of pictures throughout the day which we loved. The only small suggestion would be to renovate some of the rooms.
